About the role
Help turn financial ideas into content people want to watch, understand and share.
You will work on topics relevant to business owners and their families, using strong creative ideas and practical AI skills to make the content clearer and more engaging.
We are interested in why content travels: the opening, the format, the relevance and the reason someone shares it. Bring examples of your thinking, whether from your own account, college work, a client project or a sample you created to show your skills.
What you will do
- Develop hooks, short-video scripts, captions and carousel ideas for platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Create and edit simple visual and video assets using approved tools and brand material.
- Use AI for research support, ideas and production while checking facts, sources and final wording.
- Work from a content calendar, keep drafts organised and incorporate feedback.
- Help track reach, watch time, saves, shares and relevant enquiries; explain what the results suggest.
- Submit financial content for review before publication and use only approved business accounts and material.
What you should bring
- Creative judgement and the ability to explain the audience, hook and purpose of an idea.
- Practical AI skills and a clear method for checking the output.
- Basic design or short-video editing ability, clear writing and reliable delivery.
- Curiosity about financial topics and readiness to learn. Previous finance experience is helpful but not essential.
You do not need a large following or a previous viral post. If you have one, tell us what you contributed and share the results with context. If you are early in your work, thoughtful samples are welcome.
What you will learn
Build a repeatable creative process.
You will develop content from a brief through research, drafting, review and measurement. You will learn how to communicate financial ideas responsibly, use feedback and work with AI and other approved tools.
What good work looks like
Relevant attention without sacrificing accuracy.
Good work explains an idea accurately and gives the audience a useful next step. We value thoughtful experiments and steady improvement. We do not expect guaranteed virality, exaggerated investment claims or content that sacrifices accuracy for reach.
Pay and work arrangements
A paid, primarily office-based internship in Khar West.
The stipend, duration, working days and hours, supervisor and start date will be confirmed during the recruitment process before an offer is accepted. Any extension or permanent role would require a separate discussion and written offer.
The employer or internship signatory named in the written offer is responsible for the agreed terms. The internship does not carry a guaranteed permanent job or regulated advisory status.
