The Role
Help turn financial ideas into content people want to watch, understand and share.
This is a Group Marketing and Content role. You will turn approved financial ideas for business owners and their families into clear, engaging content, reporting to CA Sanjay Ray Chowdhury initially and to the Marketing head once appointed.
We are interested in why content travels: the opening, the format, the relevance and the reason someone shares it. Bring examples of your thinking—from your own account, college work, a client project or a sample created to demonstrate your skills.
Your Responsibilities
What You Will Do
- 01
Develop Strong Content Ideas
Plan hooks, posts, captions, carousels and short-video scripts for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X, including approved Promoter Life Lens content.
- 02
Create Visual and Video Assets
Create and repurpose visuals and short videos using Canva or similar approved tools, templates and brand assets. Keep working files and final versions organised.
- 03
Use AI Responsibly
Use approved AI tools for research support, ideas and production, checking facts, sources and final wording. Help review how the brand appears in AI search. Keep client, applicant and other confidential information out of these tools.
- 04
Work From a Content Calendar
Maintain the agreed calendar and prepare drafts for each channel, including Google Business Profile posts and WhatsApp templates. Queue content for review, meet agreed timelines and publish only after explicit approval.
- 05
Learn From Performance
Prepare a monthly performance note covering reach, watch time, saves, shares and relevant enquiries. Explain what the results suggest and recommend improvements to the audience, format or message.
- 06
Protect Accuracy and Trust
Sign and follow the Content Policy. Use the approval workflow in Buffer: Sanjay approves Group content; Crislyn approves every Niel N Ray Finserv product post. Make no financial performance or return claims, give no independent financial advice and use no client stories without written consent.
